LACHLAN HENRY
Lachlan was called to the Bar in October 2022.
His practice encompasses general commercial litigation and insolvency and is developing in the area of criminal asset confiscation.
Prior to being called, Lachlan practised for 4 years as a solicitor, acting in various commercial disputes, covering general contract, corporate and personal insolvency, partnership, corporations (including shareholder and derivative proceedings), professional negligence and civil forfeiture of criminal assets.
A latecomer to the law, prior to entering practice Lachlan enjoyed a varied career of more than ten years, with particular focus on commercial and data analysis, procurement and management.
Lachlan is seeking to broaden his practice and is accepting briefs in all areas of civil litigation.
